Do you have a no-cancellation policy?
Yes! We have a no-cancellation policy within 5 days of the order. If you need to modify or cancel the order prior to the 5 days, we will issue a store credit for the amount you have paid. If an emergency arises within this 5 days we will be able to postpone your order or issue you a store credit.
Can we order online?
Yes! Here is the page to order our delicious baked goods online. They do need to be picked up in the pub and cannot be shipped.
Do you require a deposit?
For regular baked goods, pies and cakes during the holiday season or everyday we require full payment. When you place an order for a custom cake we require a deposit of 50%. We take all major credit cards (online and in-store) and of course cash (in-store only), as payment.
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver at this time. All orders must be picked up at the Red Stag Pub on the designated pickup date.
Do you ship any of your pies, cakes or other baked goods?
We do not ship any of our bakery items because we do not have the capabilities to obtain the correct temperature controlled packaging to ensure safe delivery of our bakery items to you.
When is your cutoff date for holiday orders?
We stop taking orders 4 days before a holiday. Because certain holidays are tremendously busy we must stop taking all orders so that we can accommodate customers who placed orders before the deadline. Our pastry chef and bakers are working hard to make sure we have lots of extra items in the case at the Red Stag Pub to choose from if you forget to order your items in advance. Simply stop by for a visit and pick something decadent out for yourself.
