Your Chef will prepare the pan roasted pork with a dijon mustard pan sauce, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. Then for dessert, Chef Jill showcase tempering and working with Chocolate. Learn the art of making perfect Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Peppermint Bark, and Chocolate Molding.

About the Instructor: Chef Jill is a Graduate of the Art Institutes – Denver 2003 Relocated to Lehigh Valley in July 2003. Worked at Bethlehem Brew Works for 10 years as the Executive Chef. Became a part of the Red Stag family in August 2014!
